How to get there:

1. People arriving on June 12 (arrival day) and leaving on the departure day (June 21) will use the free organization transfer to/from the hotel (either by shuttle bus, or van, or car)
   
   
2. people arriving by car or after the arrival day will organize the transfer by their own, following the instructions below

• by plane:
  the nearest international airports are: Brindisi and Bari (this is out of Salento but not so far). No direct flight from the US (yet).
  Once in Brindisi airport take the shuttle bus to Lecce (the ticket can be bought either at the tobacco shop or on the bus at 5 euros). The shuttle bus stops at the Lecce City Terminal.
  From Lecce we suggest to take a local/regional train or bus to Gallipoli (see Ferrovie sud-est for the time schedule).
• by car:
  there is a good 2-lanes freeway from Bari, all the way to the end of the heel-of-the-boot, Lecce. Before entering Lecce, take the "tangenziale ovest" to Gallipoli. Skip the first entrance to Gallipoli and follow the "S. Maria di Leuca" direction (SP 239) and take the exit LI FOGGI. After about 0.6 km, you'll find the hotel at right.
• by train:
  main railway line ends at Lecce. Other locations are served by regional rail.
  From Lecce railway station take a local/regional train or bus to Gallipoli (see Ferrovie sud-est for the time schedule). The sightseeing is very nice even if the ride time is a little bit long.
• by sea:
  excellent leisure ports in: Taranto, Brindisi, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto.
